The Real Blessing Of Prayer
Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.
1 John 5:14
As beautiful as prayer is, it isn’t enough just to pray, and not get an answer. If you pray, and God doesn’t hear you, the prayer is useless. In fact, there’s no point praying if you wouldn’t get the answers to your prayers.
But as God’s child, God is willing to hear your prayers, and answer them. The Bible actually says that the Lord will answer before we ask (Isaiah 65:24). Isn’t that great?
So, every time you pray, don’t hesitate to make your requests, because the Lord will not only hear you, He’ll grant your heart desires. Remember, this is the real blessing we enjoy when we pray.
