A Fresh Start
You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you. He who is faithful in what is least is faithful also in much; and he who is unjust in what is least is unjust also in much.
John 15:3
If, after being out on the playground all day you come home looking dirty, that won’t make you any less a child of your parents. All your mum would do is get you out of your dirty clothes, have you take a wash and put on some fresh and clean clothes.
It’s the same way with the Lord. If you made a mistake, you don’t have to stay feeling sorry for yourself. Simply ask the Lord for forgiveness. He’s more than able to wash you clean and give you a fresh start.
