Sing New Songs In Worship
Sing to the Lord a new song, And His praise from the ends of the earth, You who go down to the sea, and all that is in it, You coastlands and you inhabitants of them!
Isaiah 42:10
True worship of God is the worship that’s done according to the instructions in God’s Word. Today’s memory verse teaches that singing new songs of worship is God’s instruction to us.
David, the Psalmist, understood the importance of worshipping God with new songs. That’s why he said, “Sing to the Lord a new song, And His praise from the ends of the earth” (Psalm 96:1). No wonder he lived a beautiful life of victory.
As you act on God’s Word today, singing new songs in worship to Him, your spirit will be stirred, and you’ll never be the same again. Hallelujah!
Scripture Reading-Revelation 5:9; Psalm 33:1-4
Let’s Pray
Dear Father, thank you for putting in my heart a brand-new song. As I worship you in psalms, hymns, and make melody in my heart to you, my spirit is stirred, in the Name of Jesus. Amen.
