An Effective Prayer Life
Then He spoke a parable to them, that men always ought to pray and not lose heart
Luke 18:1
Prayer is important. It is communication with God; you talk to the Lord, and He talks to you too. You need to spend quality time with the Lord in fellowship.
Our Lord Jesus lived an inspiring life of prayer. He always took out time to pray. That’s why the Bible says, “Now in the morning, having risen a long while before daylight, He went out and departed to a solitary place; and there He prayed” (Mark 1:35).
So, learn to pray always. Don’t wait for a special time to pray; rather, make it a habit to pray. This is how to be an effective Christian.

Heavenly Father, I thank you for the privilege to pray. As I do so today, I cause changes in my life and in the lives of everyone around me, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
